The Antico Extra Virgin Olive Oil, in its two versions “Gentile” and “Intenso”, is our best product. The olives are harvested while still green (early harvest) and the extraction is done “cold”.
The result is two excellent oils with broad aromas and a pleasant taste of fresh olives, low acidity, rich in polyphenols, ideal for raw seasoning on all dishes from grilled meat to fish, from salads to grilled vegetables, on legume soups and for bruschetta...

Gentle Version:
On the nose it is delicate with notes of freshly cut grass and hints of basil; on the palate it is slightly fruity and pleasantly sweet.
