Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 06/09/05 No. 206, the consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, within and no later than 14 days from delivery of the products.
To exercise this right, the customer must send written notice by Registered Mail with Return Receipt to the address:

Once the aforementioned notice of withdrawal has been received, Tenuta Stella Maris srl will promptly inform the customer of the instructions for returning the goods.
The right of withdrawal is in any case subject to the following conditions:
· the right applies to the purchased product in its entirety;
· it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product;
· the purchased item must be intact according to the law, the shipping costs related to the return of the item are borne by the customer;
The shipment, until receipt, is under the complete responsibility of the customer.
The customer must prepare an accompanying letter for the goods on plain paper indicating the SENDER (their name and address) and the RECIPIENT, i.e., our address listed below:

Tenuta Stella Maris srl will refund the customer 100% of the amount paid, within 14 days of the return of the goods, by reversing the amount charged via Bank Transfer.
It is the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (IBAN Code - Current Account of the invoice holder).
According to Directive 85/577/EEC, the right of withdrawal is totally forfeited due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the item (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where Tenuta Stella Maris srl ascertains: the absence of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging; the absence of integral elements of the product; damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.
In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Tenuta Stella Maris srl will return the purchased item to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender.
